22:45 hrs. ASTRO service was cut, so I càlled 1300823838...ànd scolded them for being µnprofessional.
The girl ãt ASTRO gave her name as Leenà (or Lina). $he sounded Indiãn.
The claim was thàt we hàd not pàid the bills. My EXACT words to her were: "We've been subscribed to your service since the year two thousand. _ In All These Seven Years, There Has NEVER Been A Time When We Didn't Pay The ASTRO Bill At The Post Office!"

ASTRO could hàve easily sent à text message or even E-màiled me¸ hàd they felt something was àmiss¸ but to disconnect our service Without Notice??
