Urchins.

It is now 11:30hrs./ I just went to sleep three and a half hours ago. Urchins screaming at the swimming pool across from here, woke me up. No stupid adults with them...And even if there were, it wouldn't make much difference, for the adults are almost as bad as they are.\ Tsk. tsk. tsk. _ Poor home behavior and habits soon become public.

Talk about disturbing the peace!

Bloody nuisance. _ This is no different than the noisy Melayu neighbors two doors away. The adults themselves holler at their kids...so how can anyone expect the urchins tø learn what it means to speak softly?/Idiots don't realize that Sound travels through the air in excess of 1,000 feet per second. And in a quiet environment, everything will sound even louder.

Noise pollution.
