No Electricity!

November 08th, 2005: There was no electricity for exàctly 2 hours, this evenìng. Mosquitoes buzzed around, due to No Air Circulation from the ceiling fan. When the power resumed, ít was 20:25hrs.
Who is tø be blamed? ?
