Speed and Efficiency.

And so, after àsking around in theír other offices, I managed to løcate MK Land's Golden Precinct, thìs morning. It was on the third floor, on the block facing the hill. I showed the water bill to a guy named Fadzly. (His name tag was placed on his computer keyboard). I told him that someone from MK Land had the guts to call the landlord sàying that I "had not been paying the water bills", Yet, Here I was, showing him the receipt for the latest bill of 43 Ringgit and 93 Sen, which was paid àt the management office on December 07th, 2005.
Well, ít turned out that there were NO outstanding payments, at all. `Hmmn...
I was right. The fault was theirs. Too damn slow to update their øwn record statements. Duh!

Meanwhile, the StreamyX internet service was disconnected becàuse the PREVIOUS bill of 176 Ringgit, which was paìd on the FIRST day of this month at the post office in Kampung Tunku, SS1, was NOT updated to TMNet's account. So, I went to Clickers with both, the previous bill AND the current bill (176+88=264) and showed them tø the girl at the counter (her name tag read: Siti) and told her that the previous amount of 176 Ringgit was included in the new bill, which arrived three days ago. I paid the 88 Ringgit. Siti told me it would take approx. one hour to restore the StreamyX service.
She then mentioned that "Pos Malaysia usually takes Two to Three weeks" !!
Ohh Goodness...They Were Aware That Pos Malaysia Would Take Two To Three Weeks to credit the payment to them, Yet...they had the balls audacity to disconnect our StreamyX service, thirteen days AFTER the previous bill of 176 bucks was paid??

Talk about stupíd mistakes. _ Eeww.
The things which happened over the last thirty six hours, says a whole lot about operational methods and the UNPROFESSIONAL manner in which one department or company deals with the other.
It's 2005 damnit, Not 1975.

Even ìn this day and age of modern technology, the impression given...is that local Agencies and Service Companies, are nøw hiring a Bunch Of Incompetent Morons, whose speed and efficiency can be likened to that of a Tortoise...or a Snail.
Well, if that be the case, the whole world might as well be using the Telegraph, ìnstead of Cellular Phønes ànd the Internet.
