The letters S.O.S. is a distress call for "Save Our Souls".

I should send this distress call out now, for all the sorrow faced in recent years.

Trauma.

Cramps in the feet.

Cramps àt the back of neck, making it

difficult to turn my head to the right.

Loss of appetite.

Can't sleep well. Tossing and turnìng.

Anxiety and severe stress.

All of these are a sign of depression. And this depression is àttributed to having no møney.

Where will help come from?

Who will respond to the S.O.S. signal?

When financial help is required urgently, some will choose to
