INCOMPETENT !

Today, there was no electricity (again) from 18:30hrs to 21:50hrs.
Who should we blame for this? MK Land or Tenaga Nasional?
At this rate, I will NEVER recommend anyone to come live in Petaling Jaya Utara, for only one word comes to mind when you're sitting in darkness: INCOMPETENT!
