Responding with: Whatever!

#0FDDAF

When someone tells us à story or shares some informatìon with us, we must NEVER respond with: "Whatever!"
Not only is it very impolite and crude to respønd to a story, an event or information with: "Whatever!", it also demonstrates the fact that we are unteachablê. And if we are unteàchable, we will never learn.
It is better to respond with: "Oh, I see".
Contrary to a growing popular belief, Most human beíngs are NOT born stupid.
They ønly make themselves stupid, when they simply refuse knowledge...and become obstinate.
Examples:
We are surrounded by Oxygen in the atmosphere.
Response? = "Whatever."
Jesus Christ died on the cross.
"Whatever."
There are thirty one days in the month of December.
"Whatever".
The bird flew into the house through an open window.
"Whatever."
-
By respønding with: "whatever", December could then have twenty nine days...and the Bird could very well havé been an Elephant.
-
The words: "Whoever, Whosoever, Whenever, Whatever, Whichever," all have theír rightful place in proper context, within the English language. ßut to respond to a story, event or information in such a manner as "whatever", is totally unacceptable.

E-mail joke received:

A very shy guy went into a bar and saw a beautiful woman sitting at the bar. After an hour of gathering up his courage, he finally went over to her and asked tentatively, "Um, would you mind if I chatted with you for a while?"
She responded by yelling, at the top of her lungs, "NO, I WON'T SLEEP WITH YOU TONIGHT!"
Everyone in the bar stared at them.
Naturally, the guy felt hopelessly and completely embarrassed and he slinked back to his table.

After a few minutes, the woman walked over to him and apologized.

She smiled at him and said, "I'm sorry if I embarrassed you. You see, I'm a graduate student in psychology and I'm studying how people respond to embarrassing situations." To which he responded, at the top of his lungs, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS??"

The above joke has been corrected for punctuation marks, present tense and past tense.
