Better Safe Than Sorry.

The Malay Mail 's Hotline column:
ZURINA RAMLI, 45, was exasperated with AirAsia’s service.
On Oct 31, she had to wait three hours to board the aircraft.

Zurina, a secretary, was to take flight AK348 from Kuala Lumpur to Alor Star, Kedah, on that day and departure was fixed for 6.50pm.

"After checking in at gate C6, passengers were asked to go to gate C4. On arriving there, we were instructed to return to C6 to board the aircraft," she says.

"We waited for 40 minutes on board while the aircraft was refuelling but were subsequently told to get off the plane due to a technical problem which could not be rectified."

ZURINA says the passengers only boarded the aircraft after 10pm.

An AirAsia Sdn Bhd spokesman says the passengers had to go from gate C6 to C4 and then back to C6 due to aircraft hydraulic problem on Oct 31."

We had to swop planes which resulted in further delay," she says.
Note the words: "technical problem which could not be rectified".
How ungrateful can some people be.
Tsk, tsk, tsk...Which fool would deliberately want tø travel in A Less Than Perfect Aircraft?
Cuba fikir apa yang mungkin terjadi, kalau "hydraulic system" pesawat AK348 rosak semasa penerbangan atau pendaratan. Selàmat ke???
Ni nak kecoh pulak kat Hotline sebab kena tunggu sampai 3 jam. Ishh...Tak patut. - Better Safe Than Sorry!
